New Patagonia Music Stream
I happen to love Patagonia on myriad levels. They consistently put out great products and have been a socially and environmentally conscious company for years. Now, they’ve added a music streaming app for their website and for smart phones that will feature songs from emerging artist. Although most of the songs featured on the music player are not benefit tracks, I’ve been testing it out all morning and I think it makes for some great work music or something to have on in the background that’s really chill.
If you are interested in purchasing some great music and using your power as a consumer to make a difference, check out the Patagonia Benefit Albums and Benefit Tracks. The newest of theese albums (Patagonia Music Collective volume 3) was just released on June 20th and I think it’s a great addition to its two predecessors. At least 60% of the purchase price will go towards funding environmental groups.
